Celia Rogel is an aspiring Illustrator and Visual Developer in Chicago. Born in Waukegan Illinois, she travels daily to Chicago to always develop and improve her illustration skills and knowledge. She also has background knowledge in storyboarding and animation. She dreams to become an Art Director. When she isn’t drawing and fulfilling artistic requests, she enjoys gaming and learning to use vocaloid.
